Job Description
Role: AVP Investments and Asset Management
- Looking for an incumbent with 8 to 10 years of experience in Investments & Asset Management in the Real Estate sector
- The incumbent will be responsible for risk assessment, deal origination, report analysis, transaction execution, and overall management of real estate investments, involving coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful decision-making throughout the investment lifecycle.
- It will be reporting to the Co-founder - Chirag Mehta/ Priyesh Chheda
- It will be based in Mumbai
- Compensation: Fixed: 30 to 40 Lakhs and Variable Pay + Performance Based Incentives.
- Pool to be tapped: Real Estate Fund / Private equity / NBFC / Banks
