Job Summary
The Tachyon role is focused on running and maintaining the 1E Tachyon Platform Backend Infrastructure, both On-Premises and Software as a Service (SaaS). This position is crucial for enhancing the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality project execution and effective communication of findings and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Improve Digital Employee Experience (DEX) through effective management of the Tachyon platform.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Support project planning, scoping, and execution with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Develop custom instructions for workplace experience and self-heal capabilities for devices.
- Create and deploy guaranteed state rules.
- Monitor and troubleshoot device stability and experience.
- Conduct Tachyon agent and server health monitoring.
- Integrate IT Service Management (ITSM) with Tachyon.
- Manage desktop operations including OS patching and software delivery.
- Oversee inventory management for endpoints.
- Collaborate with team members to build, test, and release automation and self-heal capabilities.
- Work with the 1E vendor to resolve any issues related to 1E solutions and platform.
- Train support staff and assist with technical issues as necessary.
- Work with client organizations to identify and address business needs.
- Design and execute SQL queries, dashboards, and reports using Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Leverage telemetry data to analyze system performance, user behavior, and usage patterns to identify actionable insights and optimization opportunities.
- Ensure accurate and consistent reporting, adhering to data standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong technical skills in backend infrastructure management and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret telemetry data and system performance metrics.
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tools.
- Familiarity with desktop management practices, including OS patching and software delivery.
Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably with a focus on backend systems and digital employee experience.
Environment
- Work setting is in-office, located in Bangalore. The role requires collaboration with team members and stakeholders in a professional office environment.
Salary
- Estimated salary range: ₹2,700,000 per annum.
