Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Own and achieving revenue goals in India and APAC markets
  • Manage sales teams and maintain sales operations
  • Scaling the team in India and achieving revenue targets
  • Setting up and building a team of AE and BDR for APAC region (Local and/or India-based)
  • Upselling and cross-selling to the current customers
  • Managing the outbound outreach to build funnel
  • Working with the marketing team to develop the inbound funnel

 

Experience:

 

  • Proven experience of at least 8 to 10 years, in sales and business development
  • Experience with building, scaling, and managing a team
  • B2B SaaS – High velocity selling, with focus on SMB and mid-market startup organizations)
  • Have high familiarity selling in India, particularly to startups and SMB
  • Familiarity with the APAC market will be a big plus
  • A start-up founder, co-founder, or part of the founding team will be an added advantage
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
