Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Own and achieving revenue goals in India and APAC markets
- Manage sales teams and maintain sales operations
- Scaling the team in India and achieving revenue targets
- Setting up and building a team of AE and BDR for APAC region (Local and/or India-based)
- Upselling and cross-selling to the current customers
- Managing the outbound outreach to build funnel
- Working with the marketing team to develop the inbound funnel
Experience:
- Proven experience of at least 8 to 10 years, in sales and business development
- Experience with building, scaling, and managing a team
- B2B SaaS – High velocity selling, with focus on SMB and mid-market startup organizations)
- Have high familiarity selling in India, particularly to startups and SMB
- Familiarity with the APAC market will be a big plus
- A start-up founder, co-founder, or part of the founding team will be an added advantage
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
