Experience: 10+ years of experience in digital video strategy, platform growth, content monetization, and driving business results, ideally in a hybrid setup (owned + partner channels) in a people leadership role.
Platform Expertise: Strong understanding of YouTube and Meta ecosystems, including in-stream monetization, ad revenue models, Shorts/Reels monetization, and creator tools.
Business-Oriented Mindset: Proven ability to drive business results through data-backed content strategy and platform-native growth tactics. Strong business acumen with a focus on optimizing revenue,profit, market share, ROI, and audience acquisition.
Analytical & Data-Driven: Expertise in analytics platforms and tools (YouTube Studio, Meta Creator Studio, TubeBuddy/VidIQ, CrowdTangle, etc.) with a track record of turning insights into actionable strategies that deliver tangible business outcomes.
Collaboration Skills: Experience working with cross-functional teams, including creative, sales, and strategy teams, to ensure business and content strategies are aligned. Proven success in leading strategic initiatives that impact business growth.
