Job Summary

The Head of Sales is responsible for leading the sales strategy and execution for the organization. This role aims to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and enhance customer satisfaction. The Head of Sales will work closely with various departments to align sales objectives with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to maximize performance.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners in the food and beverage industry.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective campaigns that drive sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in sales management, in the food or beverage industry.
• Proven track record in general trade and modern trade sales.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to analyze market data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Stability in previous roles is highly valued.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a zonal head in the North, South, or West regions.
• Familiarity with market dynamics in the food and beverage sector.

Experience

Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in sales, with a preference for candidates having 10-12 years, and up to 15-16 years considered.

Environment

The position is based in Bangalore. Candidates currently located in Bangalore or those willing to relocate are encouraged to apply. The role is full-time.
