We are seeking a visionary, strategic, and execution-focused individual to join our team as Head of D2C. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on scaling our Direct-to-Consumer business through performance-driven growth, team leadership, and seamless digital operations.<br />
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of sharp business acumen and a deep digital expertise. You will own the D2C P&L, drive website sales, and ensure the end-to-end consumer experience is optimized across all touchpoints—from acquisition to retention.<br />

<div>Key Responsibilities:<br />
1.<br />
D2C Strategy & Performance Ownership<br />
•<br />
Own and drive the P&L for the D2C channel with aggressive sales growth targets.<br />
•<br />
Define and execute the short-term and long-term roadmap for D2C growth.<br />
•<br />
Analyze and optimize digital funnels, conversion rates, and customer journeys.<br />
2.<br />
Website Management<br />
•<br />
Lead end-to-end management of the D2C website including UI/UX, SEO, CRO, and tech improvements.<br />
•<br />
Collaborate with design and tech teams to ensure the site is fast & intuitive.<br />
•<br />
Constantly test, learn, and iterate to improve conversion and average order value (AOV).</div>

Team & Cross-functional Leadership<br />
•<br />
Build and manage a cross-functional D2C team across digital marketing, performance, operations, and customer experience.<br />
•<br />
Coordinate with marketing, content, merchandising, logistics, and customer support to drive seamless operations.<br />
4.<br />
Marketing & Growth Execution<br />
•<br />
Lead performance marketing across paid media, organic channels, email, influencer, and affiliate programs.<br />
•<br />
Define retention and loyalty strategies to improve repeat purchase rates and customer LTV.<br />
•<br />
Collaborate on content, campaigns, and storytelling to drive traffic and engagement.<br />

Data & Performance Tracking<br />
•<br />
Monitor key metrics including traffic, conversion rate, CAC, AOV, and ROAS.<br />
•<br />
Use tools and dashboards to derive actionable insights and guide growth strategies.</div>

Competition & Industry Intelligence<br />
•<br />
Actively track competitor activities, market trends, and emerging D2C innovations<br />
•<br />
Leverage competitive insights and consumer behaviour data to inform growth strategies and product development.<br />
•<br />
Work closely with product and design teams to translate market gaps into new offerings.<br />
Desired Profile:<br />
•<br />
Postgraduate with 5+ years of experience in D2C, e-commerce, or digital sales.<br />
•<br />
Proven experience in scaling D2C revenue, preferably in consumer brands (apparel, lifestyle).<br />
•<br />
Strong understanding of Shopify, digital marketing, analytics, and tech integrations.<br />
•<br />
Leadership experience managing cross-functional digital teams.<br />
•<br />
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.<br />
•<br />
High ownership mindset, comfortable with fast-paced execution.</div>
