Frontend Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior to Mid-level Frontend Developer to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on JavaScript and either ReactJS or NextJS. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining responsive, user-friendly web applications that align with our organization's goals and deliver an exceptional user experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using JavaScript.
• Implement UI components and features using ReactJS or NextJS.
• Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and other team members to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues and bugs in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with either ReactJS or NextJS frameworks.
• Bachelor of Technology (BTech) or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree. (BCA candidates are not eligible.)
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend build pipelines and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Knowledge of version control systems, especially Git.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in frontend development.
• Experience with JavaScript and either ReactJS or NextJS is required.
