JOB TITLE: Supply Chain Analyst
JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will be responsible to collect data from various databases to provide data insights and analysis for smooth functioning of Supply Chain functions such as Inventory Management, Vendor Management, Procurement, and Logistics.

Planning,
Inventory & procurement
|
- Analyze sales trends, demand forecasts, and market data to create supply plans at SKU level and channel level
- Prepare inventory reports on daily, weekly & monthly basis using platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Uniware and more.
- Analyze stock levels at various channels on daily basis to provide inputs on procurement
- Prepare LSR (low-stock reports) and OSR (over-stock reports) and raise red flags.
- Analyze procurement spend and devise ways to cut costs.
- Prepare weekly, monthly MIS as required.
- Use data analytics to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and inefficiencies.
- Develop and maintain short-term and long-term supply chain plans to meet business objectives.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to align supply chain activities with business goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure optimal pricing and quality.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials, minimizing delays and disruptions.
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent overstocking or shortages.
- Utilize data-driven insights to recommend improvements in supply chain processes.

Vendor Management

- Coordination with the CMOs for Production updates on Daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Collect and analyze stock data at vendor for FG, RM, PM etc.
- Devise and monitor optimal stock levels at vendor locations.
- Create vendor scorecards.
- Analyze other vendors for their performance, delivery timeliness and other factors to onboard them.

Coordination with Finance team for
inventory accuracy
|
- Routine coordination with accounting team to ensure the inventory on our accounting books matches with the physical inventory.
- Analyze regional demand to recommend locations where we need warehouses

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Data/numbers-oriented approach
- Experience using Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Unicommerce
- Well versed at excel/other data analysis tools and Proficient in quantitative & qualitative analysis
- Good understanding of Supply Chain, Operations and Logistics processes and familiarity with terms such as Safety Stock, Demand forecasting.
- Understanding of Accounting principles and ledgers.
- Very organized
- Strong verbal & written communication
- Take ownership of work- Follow up and conclude the task that was assigned.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics, preferably in FMCG industry
- 2+ years of experience working with MS Excel, visualization tools
- Good verbal/written communication skills in English
