<div>Role Overview<br />
We are looking for a highly driven Key Account Manager – Amazon who will own the end-to-end<br />
growth and P&L of the Amazon channel.<br />
This role requires someone who understands marketplace dynamics deeply, can drive revenue scale,<br />
optimize margins, and manage operations seamlessly. The ideal candidate should be analytical,<br />
growth-focused, and comfortable managing both strategy and execution.</div>
<div>Key Responsibilities<br />
1. Channel Growth & Revenue Ownership<br />
• Drive overall revenue growth for Amazon marketplace<br />
• Plan and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual growth strategies<br />
• Identify growth levers across pricing, assortment, packs, and promotions<br />
• Own demand planning in alignment with sales targets<br />
2. End-to-End P&L Management<br />
• Own complete channel P&L including topline, contribution margins, and profitability<br />
• Optimize ad spends (AMS), TACOS, ACoS to improve ROI<br />
• Monitor trade spends, discounting strategy, and net realization<br />
• Ensure achievement of revenue and margin targets<br />
3. Marketplace Operations<br />
• Manage listings, catalog hygiene, A+ content, and SEO optimization<br />
• Coordinate with supply chain for stock planning and replenishment<br />
• Ensure high in-stock availability and minimize OOS losses<br />
• Manage Amazon programs like FBA, Prime, Deals, etc.<br />
4. Performance Marketing & Visibility<br />
• Plan and optimize Amazon Ads campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)<br />
• Improve keyword ranking, search visibility, and conversion rates<br />
• Track campaign metrics and optimize for efficiency</div>
