Job Summary

The SAP ABAP Technical Consultant – Level 2 is responsible for delivering high-quality SAP ABAP programming and development solutions. This role contributes to the organization's success by implementing and supporting SAP systems, ensuring their efficient functioning and integration with business processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance SAP applications using ABAP programming language.
• Participate in at least one Implementation or Rollout project and one Support project.
• Execute RICEFW developments (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows) and SAP standard enhancements.
• Create and manage technical specifications for programming tasks.
• Develop interfaces using File, Remote Function Call (RFC), Intermediate Document (IDOC), Business Application Programming Interface (BAPI), Web Services, and Proxy.
• Utilize hands-on experience with S/4HANA Core Data Services (CDS) Views.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4.5 years of hands-on ABAP programming experience.
• Strong expertise in RICEFW developments and SAP standard enhancements.
• Experience with interface development using File, RFC, IDOC, BAPI, Web Services, and Proxy.
• Proficient in preparing technical specifications.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA CDS Views.
• Knowledge of various SAP modules, including MM (Materials Management), WM (Warehouse Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), PPQM (Production Planning and Quality Management), FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling).
• Knowledge of middleware tools like SAP PI/PO is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with agile project methodologies.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and UI5.
• Understanding of SAP Basis concepts.

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience in ABAP programming and SAP system development.

Environment

• This position is based in Pune and is onsite.
