IT Recruiter

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic IT Recruiter with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates for roles in product development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition and a keen interest in enhancing company branding initiatives. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and desired candidate profiles.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for open positions.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, and campus placements, to attract top talent.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
• Maintain and update the tracking system (TS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote the company's image as a preferred employer.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, recruitment best practices, and market intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of technical job requirements and the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and social media channels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience in employer branding and promotional activities is a plus.
