Fashion Styling Manager - Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Fashion Stylist Manager to lead
our team of fashion stylists in showcasing our exquisite jewelry collection.

As the Fashion Stylist Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our
jewelry is presented in a visually captivating and fashion-forward manner to
engage and inspire our customers.

Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with the creative team to develop a cohesive concept for
jewelry campaigns, photo shoots, fashion shows, and other promotional
activities that aligns with the brand's image and marketing objectives.
This includes understanding the target audience, theme, mood, and
desired aesthetic.
● Provide clear and detailed styling direction to the fashion stylists to
ensure that the models are styled appropriately to complement and
showcase the jewelry pieces effectively. This includes selecting outfits,
accessories, and props that enhance the overall look and feel.
● Guide and supervise the fashion stylists during the shoot to ensure that
the styling is executed flawlessly. This includes adjusting and refining the
looks as needed, making quick decisions on set, and maintaining
consistency throughout the shoot.
● Provide input during post-production, such as reviewing and selecting the
best images or footage that showcase the jewelry and styling in the most
impactful way. Collaborate with the editing team to ensure the final
visuals align with the brand's expectations.
● Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, jewelry styling techniques,
and industry developments to guide your team in creating innovative and
contemporary looks.

● Ensure adherence to the brand's styling guidelines and maintain
consistency in representing the brand's aesthetic across various styling
projects.
● Plan and manage budgets for styling projects.
● Stay informed about customer feedback and market trends to make
informed recommendations for product selection and styling strategies.

Candidate Profile:
● Bachelor's degree in Fashion Styling, Fashion Design, or a related field.
● 5 to 9 years of relevant experience with a proven record as a Fashion
Stylist Manager or a similar role in the fashion or jewelry industry.
● Strong knowledge of fashion trends, jewelry styling, and accessories.
● Exceptional styling abilities and a keen eye for detail.
● Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and innovate.
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
