Job Description
- CA with 5 to 8 years of experience
- Strong business finance, FP&A background
- Prior start-up experience would be an added advantage
- Self-motivated, go getter, doer mentality
- Pricing, budgeting, analysis, negotiating, value for business, make the money go further – FP&A and business finance
Will be a part of founding team - CTC - 30/40 lakh + ESOPs
Business: Lab grown diamonds (last 6 months working on this idea) - GIA, IGI certification
2 VCs are going to invest around 3mn
As of now bootstrapped - machinery cost 1.5cr to 2cr
Expectation: Website by end of January. Events, shows, shopping shops, agile retain in July. Stores by Sept. Next five years 1500crores business
