Job Summary

The SAP APO Consultant will provide expert support in SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO) modules, particularly focusing on Demand Planning (DP). The role involves leading full-cycle APO implementations and ensuring effective integration with SAP ECC, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization’s supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support in SAP APO modules, focusing on Demand Planning (DP), with a working knowledge of Supply Network Planning (SNP) and Production Planning/Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS).
• Lead and contribute to at least two full-cycle APO implementations, ensuring seamless integration with SAP ECC.
• Configure and manage Planning Areas, Planning Books/Versions, Key Figures, Characteristics, and macros.
• Customize data view layouts, set up and execute realignment processes, and maintain planning accuracy.
• Design, monitor, troubleshoot, and debug process chains across all APO modules.
• Analyze and interpret custom logic within the supply chain framework to support business needs.
• Apply strong analytical skills to identify issues, determine root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders, demonstrating strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management).
• Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience in SAP APO modules, particularly in Demand Planning (DP) and implementation projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuring SAP APO and integrating it with SAP ECC, along with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience
