Job Summary

The Senior Data Analyst role is essential for analyzing data to support revenue growth and product development. This position primarily works on revenue analysis and trend analysis, reporting directly to the Head of Product. The ideal candidate will utilize their data analytics expertise to influence strategic decisions and enhance operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform revenue analysis and identify key trends in data to support product strategies.
• Conduct performance tuning to optimize SQL and Python scripts for data processing.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to derive actionable insights from analytics findings.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting systems.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior data analysts when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in data analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey findings effectively.
• Knowledge of Data Analytics, Trend Analysis, Revenue Analysis, Data Reporting, Data Mining, and Data Visualization.
• Familiarity with ETL, Data Modeling, Statistical Analysis, Data Interpretation, Advanced Excel, Data Warehousing, KPI Analysis, Data Governance, and Database Management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional data analytics tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and applications within data analytics.
• Background in business intelligence and performance management.

Experience

Minimum of 5-8 years working in the field of data analytics with proven track records of impactful projects.

Environment

This position is based in Thane, Mumbai, within an office environment conducive to collaboration and innovation.

Salary

Compensation is approximately INR 12,00,000 - 13,20,000 annually plus a 10% performance bonus.
