Job Summary

We are looking for a fluent, high-energy Sales Associate who chases every lead like it is the most important one of the month. In this role, you will turn leads into consults and consults into long-term Reaviva clients, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the sales team. You will own your daily pipeline, manage your conversion numbers, and ensure warmth in every prospect interaction inside a target-led, premium-service environment. This is an important role inside a fast-growing startup where you will carry an individual revenue target and contribute to the collective monthly target while solving operational problems and bottlenecks associated with scaling a young, premium brand.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with new and inbound leads within the agreed response time across calls, WhatsApp, and direct messages.
  • Qualify leads through structured discovery and convert qualified leads into booked consults.
  • Drive booked-to-attended conversion through reminders, rapport-building, and pre-consult preparation.
  • Support the consult-to-sale handoff, manage objections, and close packages with the clinical team.
  • Convert single-service clients into packages and upsell complementary services.
  • Run targeted reach-out campaigns against dormant client segments to contribute to monthly reactivation revenue.
  • Log every interaction, update lead stages in real-time, and maintain customer database hygiene to standard.
  • Submit a daily numbers update and participate in weekly funnel reviews with the sales team.
  • Deliver every interaction in Reaviva's premium voice: informed, warm, and never pushy.
  • Identify and flag operational bottlenecks across lead flow and consult flow; suggest and own fixes.
  • Take ownership beyond the strict scope of the role wherever the business needs it.
  • Deliver against monthly performance targets covering revenue, visit-to-sale conversion, lead connection, qualification, consult bookings, show-up rate, average order value, package conversion, database reactivation revenue, upselling & retainer rate.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of sales experience in luxury services, wellness, aesthetics, hospitality, or premium retail.
  • Aggressive, driven, and deeply passionate; chases every lead and refuses to lose by default.
  • Exceptional verbal fluency and articulation in English; communicates with polish, warmth, and conviction.
  • Naturally persuasive and consultative; closes through trust, not pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset; finds a way when briefs shift or processes are missing.
  • Comfortable in a target-driven environment with weekly accountability.
  • Working knowledge of a customer management system (Zoho preferred).
  • Resilient and high-energy; carries a daily target without losing composure.
  • Coachable, with strong follow-through and a disciplined approach to processes.
  • Hands-on operator who is energized, not drained, by the chaos of a young, fast-moving brand.

Preferred Skills

  • Candidates with experience in luxury brands, wellness, beauty, premium hospitality, or aesthetics are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior exposure to High Net-worth Individual (HNI) clientele in a service-led environment will be considered a strong advantage.
