Job Summary
The QA ServiceNow role is essential for ensuring the quality and reliability of ServiceNow implementations. The position requires managing testing strategies, coordinating with teams, and supporting automation initiatives to uphold high-quality standards in processes and deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Define test strategy, scenarios, traceability matrix, and success criteria for ServiceNow projects.
- Coordinate with functional consultants and client User Acceptance Testing (UAT) teams to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
- Manage defect triage, retesting, and sign-off procedures to ensure that issues are resolved and applications meet quality standards.
- Support test automation planning where applicable to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the testing process.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5-8 years of overall QA experience, particularly focused on the ServiceNow platform.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with form design, business rules, flow designer, and custom scripts within ServiceNow.
- Proficient in integration testing with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Certification: ServiceNow System Administrator Certification is mandatory.
Experience
5-8 years of relevant experience, particularly in QA processes related to the ServiceNow environment.
