Job Summary

As the Founding Engineer, you will work closely with our technical founders to build and scale our core platform. You will have the opportunity to shape both the technical and product direction of our company, playing a critical role in our growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical founders to develop and enhance the core platform.
• Shape the technical foundation and product direction of the company.
• Drive product and engineering decisions with the founders.
• Implement customer feedback swiftly to iterate on products.
• Ensure product scalability and performance as we grow.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in Python (FastAPI) for backend development.
• Experience with React (Next.js) for frontend development.
• Strong product instincts and a customer-driven mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong values of kindness, respect, and humility.

• Experience in AI and automation technologies.
• Background in financial technology or related industries.

Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in software engineering, preferably in startups or fast-growing tech companies.
