(SEREKO) is incorporated start-up company from Noida, seeking to get into the Holistic Wellness space. The Company's purpose is to build a complete wellness portfolio eventually. SEREKO is India’s 1st Psychodermatology brand that with its unique bend that aims to reverse the effects of Mental stress on the Skin. The company intends to market and sell its D2C brand portfolio, spanning Topical Skincare products with complementing Nutraceuticals (supplements) to treat the skincare concerns in stream along with providing surface solutions. Job Location: Noida 142 Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Key Account Manager – E-commerce with a strong background in the Nutraceutical or Health Supplement industry. This role will manage and grow our presence across major online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, 1mg, etc.) as well as our direct-to-consumer (D2C) platforms. The ideal candidate will have a blend of sales, digital marketing, and account management skills tailored to the online health and wellness space. Key Responsibilities: Own and grow revenue for key e-commerce accounts (marketplaces and D2C). Manage day-to-day operations across platforms including listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and visibility strategies in coordination with digital and brand teams. Analyze data on sales performance, traffic, conversions, and ROI to optimize strategies. Coordinate with internal teams for supply chain, logistics, creative assets, and customer service. Maintain strong relationships with account managers from marketplaces for better visibility and support. Track competitors and market trends to identify growth opportunities and gaps. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any stream (MBA is a plus). 2+ years of experience in E-commerce account management, preferably in the Nutraceutical, FMCG, or Health & Wellness sector. Deep understanding of online marketplaces, D2C platforms, and consumer buying behavior. Familiarity with tools like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Portal, Shopify, Google Analytics, etc. Strong numerical and analytical skills with an eye for detail. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.</p>
