<div>Assistant Financial Controller &ndash; Global Finance (Bangalore Shared Services)&nbsp;<br /> You will be part of the ESCO Group&rsquo;s global finance team, working closely with finance and&nbsp;<br /> operational leaders across our international subsidiaries. This role will report to the Deputy&nbsp;<br /> Group CFO, based out of our shared services centre in Bangalore.&nbsp;<br /> Key Responsibilities&nbsp;<br /> Financial Control &amp; Reporting&nbsp;<br /> &bull; Drive month-end closing, review reconciliations, and ensure accurate and timely&nbsp;<br /> financial reporting.&nbsp;<br /> &bull; Prepare monthly management accounts and group-level consolidation.&nbsp;<br /> &bull; Manage the statutory audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring&nbsp;<br /> compliance with local and group reporting standards.&nbsp;<br /> &bull; Maintain and strengthen internal controls and balance sheet hygiene.&nbsp;<br /> Financial Planning &amp; Analysis&nbsp;<br /> &bull; Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure plans.&nbsp;<br /> &bull; Analyse performance versus plan and provide actionable insights to management.&nbsp;<br /> &bull; Support business case evaluations, cost structure reviews, and profitability analyses.&nbsp;<br /> Process Improvement &amp; ERP&nbsp;<br /> &bull; Develop a strong understanding of Infor LN ERP flows and connected systems.&nbsp;<br /> &bull; Identify process gaps and work with cross-functional teams to improve automation,&nbsp;<br /> accuracy, and efficiency.&nbsp;<br /> &bull; Support finance digitalisation and process re-engineering initiatives.&nbsp;<br /> Risk Management&nbsp;<br /> &bull; Over time, develop a deep understanding of the business model and proactively identify&nbsp;<br /> emerging financial or operational risks.&nbsp;<br /> &bull; Recommend and implement controls or process changes to mitigate those risks.&nbsp;<br /> Candidate Profile&nbsp;<br /> &bull; Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA India) with 3&ndash;5 years&nbsp;<br /> of relevant post-qualification experience.&nbsp;<br /> &bull; Experience in a Tier-I ERP environment (Infor LN preferred / SAP / Oracle).&nbsp;<br /> &bull; Sound understanding of accounting principles, consolidation, and cost systems.&nbsp;<br /> &bull; Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.&nbsp;<br /> &bull; Excellent communication, Excel, and reporting skills.&nbsp;<br /> &bull; Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure and tight timelines.&nbsp;<br /> &bull; A self-starter, comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.&nbsp;<br /> &bull; Willing to travel occasionally (up to 15&ndash;20%) to subsidiaries as needed.&nbsp;<br /> Why Join Us&nbsp;<br /> You&rsquo;ll be part of a growing global finance team that partners closely with operations and&nbsp;<br /> leadership.
