Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain function. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to reduce costs, improve fill rates, predict demand, plan inventory, thereby enhancing distribution and fulfillment speed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in D2C supply chain management, e-commerce fulfillment, vendor management, along with experience working with ERP and WMS tools. Key Responsibilities: ● Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve fulfillment speed. ● Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure timely procurement and delivery. ● Oversee demand planning, inventory forecasting, and order fulfillment processes. ● Monitor and improve warehouse and distribution operations for better efficiency. ● Align inventory planning with marketing and sales teams for promotions and product launches. ● Implement data-driven insights to forecast demand and prevent stockouts or overstocking. ● Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and sustainability initiatives. ● Utilize technology and automation tools to enhance supply chain efficiency. ● Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks. ● Analyze key supply chain KPIs and provide regular performance reports to leadership. ● Maintain SOH for primary and secondary packaging and products ● Oversee and coordinate logistics for incoming shipments. ● Liaise with Customs House Agents (CHA) to ensure smooth clearance of international shipments. ● Ensure stock availability across multiple marketplaces and channels by ensuring sufficient & smooth supply chain + day cover ● Vendor negotiations to optimize COGS, unlock better payment terms, and smoother supply cycles Requirements: ● Strong knowledge of D2C logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, and inventory management. ● Should have 4-5 years of relevant experience ● Experience working with ERP, WMS, and other supply chain management tools. ● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities. ● Ability to work cross-functionally with the Product, Operations, and Accounts Team. ● Experience in managing international shipments and coordinating with CHAs.
