Job Description
- Managing accounting, month-end closure, and overall controllership hygiene
- Preparing and analysing MIS, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports
- Working closely with business, marketing, and operations teams to connect numbers with real outcomes
- Strengthening processes and ensuring compliance with accuracy and timeliness
- Supporting strategic decision-making and helping leadership with financial insights What we're looking for:
- Finance professional with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience
- Good understanding of accounting and compliance
- Prior exposure to a fast-growing or e-commerce/D2C environment is a big plus
- Hands-on attitude, strong analytical skills, and willingness to get into the details
- Someone who can thrive in an evolving setup and grow along with the organisation.
