Responsibilities:
● Multi-Brand Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day
e-Commerce & Quick Commerce distribution operations for multiple brands,
ensuring efficient PO processing, fulfilment, and delivery across various
channels and locations.
● Channel Optimization: Adapt and optimize distribution processes for
different eCommerce & Quick Commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart,
Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto etc.), considering their unique requirements and
performance metrics.
● Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyse key performance
indicators (KPIs) including:
o RIS Stock - Level: Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to
minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
o Returns - Controllable: Reduce controllable return rates through
timely order deliveries against appointments & timely escalations to
category team w.r.t product quality.
o OOS Loss: Reduce lost sales due to out-of-stock situations.

o Appointment TAT: Minimize the time taken to secure delivery
appointments with customers where applicable.
o Storage Cost: Optimizing Storage Fees across channels & ensuring
maximum RUS across channels with minimal Storage Fees
on time.
o Dispatch TAT (Turnaround Time): Minimize the time taken to dispatch
orders after they are received.
o Delivery TAT: Minimize the time taken for orders to be delivered to
customers.
o Appointment TAT: Minimize the time taken to secure delivery
appointments with customers where applicable.
o Storage Cost: Optimizing Storage Fees across channels & ensuring
maximum RUS across channels with minimal Storage Fees
4. Qualifications:
● Education: Min. - Graduate (Bachelor’s of engineering Preferred)
● Experience: 4 - 5 years of experience in Quick Commerce distribution
management with a proven track record of managing operations for multiple
brands or product lines, preferably in the Indian consumer goods market with
a key focus on eCommerce + quick commerce Channels. Experience
directly managing and improving upon the KPIs listed above is highly
desirable.
● Skills:
o In-depth understanding of the Indian Quick Commerce landscape and
the logistics challenges specific to various online marketplaces.
o Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with a
demonstrated ability to use data to improve KPIs such as RIS
Stock Levels, Storage Costs, Fill Rate, Dispatch TAT, Delivery TAT,
and reduce Controllable Returns.
o Excellent leadership, team management, and mentoring abilities.
o Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
o Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a
fast-paced, dynamic environment.
