Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our team. This role will be critical in building and scaling our outbound sales motion while driving new business growth in the US market. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has a strong track record of selling to senior stakeholders and generating pipeline through outbound efforts. Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closure.
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline through self-sourced outbound efforts.
- Engage with senior decision-makers, including C-level executives and business leaders across target accounts.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and business challenges.
- Collaborate with internal pre-sales and solutions teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations and drive deal progression.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of sales processes, playbooks, and best practices.
- Develop strong relationships with prospective customers and establish long-term trust.
Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise or mid-market sales environments.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and build processes from the ground up.
- Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proven track record of success in closing deals and meeting sales targets.

Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a sales role, preferably in B2B technology or related fields.
