<div>MANAGER / Head</div>
<div>We at Outhouse are looking for a proactive E-commerce Manager who can define and lead the brand's<br />
overall E-Commerce strategy and execution. A Strong data driven E -Commerce leader to lead our Digital<br />
business across our own website and Luxury channel Partners.<br />
Location : Fort, Mumbai<br />
Experience : 7+ years of D2C Fashion, managing e commerce platforms<br />
Your main responsibilities include:<br />
Strategize: Developing Annual E-Commerce Sales & Marketing Strategies to support sales, P&L Strategy<br />
while creating a strong brand image<br />
• Build new strategies with internal partners to drive traffic & customer growth on our E Boutique<br />
• Continuously build upon the strong marketing plan for the e-commerce platform ranging from: site<br />
activities, advertising, traffic building, sales mix, etc.<br />
• Drive Performance Marketing strategy and implementation with internal resources / media agency<br />
Sales & Targets: Working closely with all the channels & doing various activities like marketing campaigns,<br />
targeting the right product at the right time as per the season, ensuring enough inventory for target<br />
achievement.<br />
• Drive online sales growth through maximizing traffic, conversions and ROI via activations and<br />
promotions (Achieve Sales target & related commercial KPI)<br />
• Monitor competitor activity, identifying trading opportunities where a market can maximize sales.<br />
• Closely collaborate with internal teams across Marketing Merchandising, CRM, and Customer<br />
Service along with the sales and product teams to understand Brand products, promotions, and<br />
key selling dates to ensure the appropriate assortment is available online and at the right time to<br />
increase sales.<br />
MIS & Reporting: Track digital activities and KPIs through monthly reporting.<br />
• Provide weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting on customer and website performance, including<br />
relevant action plans.<br />
• Weekly reporting on all activities to wider business, liaising with the BI team.<br />
• Analyze site performance and initiate improvements, including merchandising efforts, technical<br />
projects, and creative changes.</div>
<div>Logistics & Inventory: Ensure that all local requirements are met in terms of user experience, functionality,<br />
packaging, language, etc.<br />
• Stock planning & management – Monitoring and measuring sales trends hence, forecasting and<br />
mobilizing stocks across portals and sellers in close coordination with the team, to always have a<br />
smooth feeder mechanism.<br />
• Position and present products in ways that exceed expectations such as conversion, average order<br />
value, customer service that add to the overall brand positioning.<br />
• Partner with Logistics/Supply Chain management, manage stock situation and ensure<br />
replenishment rhythms. Ensure proper allocation from HQ, for novelties particularly.<br />
Website: Oversee creative direction for web and email content, as well as promotional strategy and<br />
implementation.<br />
• Lead all website development projects and continuously monitor the website’s performance,<br />
highlighting issues and seeking opportunities for improvement.<br />
• Maximize all opportunities to drive online sales via SEO and UX requests.<br />
• Lead all website merchandising and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to maximize online<br />
profitability and conversion.<br />
• Oversee all aspects of online activity including web development, branding, marketing and online<br />
sales and promotions.<br />
• Manage the integration of all aspects of local e-commerce operations, including logistics, customer<br />
service, stock and supply chain, IT, and local outsourced partners.<br />
• Full ownership of the online trading of Outhouse defining and delivering upon the sales objectives<br />
• Develop and oversee the Outhouse user and enhance customer experience to increase<br />
engagement and conversion rates.<br />
• Ensure a timely upload of new products, assets, and content to the website, providing weekly<br />
merchandising and accurate preparation for new marketing campaigns.<br />
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online store, building and maintaining a good<br />
understanding of the platform functionality and integrations.<br />
• Lead and implement client Omni-channel experience: click to store, click from store, etc.<br />
Financial Planning & Budgeting: Prepare monthly Cost Centre & product-wise P&L and engage business<br />
teams and Management to take appropriate action. Plan for e-marketing expenditures well in advance and<br />
develop a financial plan that will maximize their resources.<br />
• Full responsibility of the E-commerce P&L & that of Chanel Partners<br />
Business Development: Onboarding new marketplaces, Building partnerships with the affiliated to drive<br />
acquisition and growth , Assisting in negotiating contracts with the vendors.<br />
• Develop & Manage the Outhouse CRM program, developing data driven strategies.<br />
• Develop and oversee the execution of all online marketing programs and initiatives to drive sales<br />
and profits including paid search, SEO, email marketing, affiliate marketing, retargeting and online<br />
analytics.<br />
• Work closely with the Creative Director and Marketing Team to ensure coherence of branding,<br />
design, and content.</div>
<div>Skills & Qualifications:<br />
• Self-Driven Entrepreneur skills with Strategic, creative thinking & decision-making abilities.<br />
• Web Platform experience -Shopify store management and Magento.<br />
• Business - Analytics, Hands on experience in Digital Marketing.<br />
• 2 to 3 years of both direct and cross-functional people management experience<br />
• Exceptional knowledge of Performance Marketing, in particular SEA, programmatic, email,<br />
affiliates, paid social is a must.<br />
• Expert knowledge of existing ecommerce architecture, systems, integrations & processes<br />
• Knowledgeable of e-commerce trends, competitive landscape, and digital customer experience<br />
• Expert IT literacy: Google Analytics, AdWords, MS Office, Social Media tools, SEO, CRO etc.<br />
• Strong organizational and project management skills<br />
• Excellent communication, strong interpersonal and presentation skills<br />
• Ability to develop and manage sales accounts in third party e-commerce partnerships..<br />
• Connected in national agency / vendor landscape, experienced in working with media agencies.<br />
• Able to handle new and uncertain situations independently.<br />
• Excellent Presentation skills.<br />
• Advanced Excel and Google Analytics skills<br />
• Master’s degree is a must.</div>
<div>Good E-commerce managers need a perfect blend of a strategic mindset, operational expertise, and<br />
delivery mastery. They must be able to balance the drive for business urgency with the ability to motivate<br />
a multidisciplinary team.</div>
