Job Description

1. Sales Ownership & Conversions

  • Own the full L1 → L2 → L3 conversion funnel.
  • Drive post-webinar sales calls, follow-ups, and closing rates.
  • Ensure consistent conversion metrics (targets, daily reviews, escalation tracking).
  • Work closely with Ankit ji’s team to optimize offers, pitch, and product positioning.

2. Team Management

  • Manage and coach the Relationship Managers (RMs) and telecallers (12+ people).
  • Run daily sales huddles: targets, objections, closing challenges.
  • Create and update scripts, rebuttals, and call templates.
  • Recruit and train new sales members as needed.

3. Sales Process Design

  • Build the Post-Webinar Sales Playbook:
    • Follow-up timeline (24h, Day 3, Day 7)
    • Call scripts, SMS/email follow-ups, WhatsApp templates
    • CRM hygiene and reporting standards
  • Ensure all leads and outcomes are tracked in the CRM.

4. Data & Reporting

  • Work with Ravi (Data Analyst) to get weekly funnel insights.
  • Analyze perform
  • ance: attendance → leads → sales → repeat rate.
  • Present weekly reports in the Revenue Room meeting.
