Factors.ai<br /> JD for SDRs<br /> Here at Factors.AI, we're an AI powered Co-Pilot for B2B GTM Teams enabling<br /> them to drive revenue efficiently and close deals faster with account intelligence,<br /> attribution and activation.<br /> Our mission is to help our B2B companies generate more revenue through<br /> efficient marketing.<br /> We firmly believe that marketing is a non-linear growth driver for any B2B<br /> company and are seeking Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to work<br /> with us to drive more revenue as we go from our $ 1 to $ 100 Mn journey.<br /> What will you accomplish ?<br /> You’ll be part of the exciting phase where we scale to Millions in ARR. We’re looking<br /> for motivated hustlers that can help grow our customer base by identifying, contacting<br /> and qualifying prospects. This is an exceptional opportunity to join our world class<br /> team!<br /> Some of the things you can expect:<br /> ● Work closely with the founders to iterate on building the GTM motion<br /> ● Generate new business opportunities by prospecting, researching and<br /> doing outbound into cold accounts and warm leads<br /> ● Work with the Sales team to setup meetings and appointments<br /> ● Use CRM software and business intelligence tools to manage sales leads<br /> and activities<br /> ● Become an evangelist and carry the Factors.ai brand in Social Media<br /> ● Align and collaborate on valuable market insights and feedback with other<br /> team members across customer success, product, and engineering<br /> ● Attend networking events and shows to build relationships and generate<br /> leads<br /> ● Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.<br /> ● This role will primarily be focussed on the US markets and the timings<br /> would be 5pm to 2am to begin<br /> Why is this role special?<br /> You get to work with an exceptional AI company already serving 500+ customers<br /> across the world in their next step of growth journey. You will have the excitement of<br /> working at an early stage startup, while at the same time selling a product with PMF<br /> and huge inbound interest.<br /> What do we look for in candidates?<br /> ● Strong written and oral communication skills<br /> ● High energy and confidence<br /> ● Ability to thrive in ambiguity<br /> ● Ability and confidence to think on your feet and smart enough to know when to<br /> admit you don’t have all the answers<br /> ● You enjoy working autonomously, but also know how to collaborate<br /> ● Prior experience (1-3 years) as an SDR in a B2B SaaS company would be ideal<br /> Role will be based in Bangalore and will be in office. This is not a remote role<br /> Compensation : Fixed + Variable (based on Quota) + ESOPs. Salary will be<br /> competitive based on experience at 10 to 15 lacs
