JD for SDRs
Here at Factors.AI, we're an AI powered Co-Pilot for B2B GTM Teams enabling
them to drive revenue efficiently and close deals faster with account intelligence,
attribution and activation.
Our mission is to help our B2B companies generate more revenue through
efficient marketing.
We firmly believe that marketing is a non-linear growth driver for any B2B
company and are seeking Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to work
with us to drive more revenue as we go from our $ 1 to $ 100 Mn journey.
What will you accomplish ?
You’ll be part of the exciting phase where we scale to Millions in ARR. We’re looking
for motivated hustlers that can help grow our customer base by identifying, contacting
and qualifying prospects. This is an exceptional opportunity to join our world class
team!
Some of the things you can expect:
● Work closely with the founders to iterate on building the GTM motion
● Generate new business opportunities by prospecting, researching and
doing outbound into cold accounts and warm leads
● Work with the Sales team to setup meetings and appointments
● Use CRM software and business intelligence tools to manage sales leads
and activities
● Become an evangelist and carry the Factors.ai brand in Social Media
● Align and collaborate on valuable market insights and feedback with other
team members across customer success, product, and engineering
● Attend networking events and shows to build relationships and generate
leads
● Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
● This role will primarily be focussed on the US markets and the timings
would be 5pm to 2am to begin

● Ability and confidence to think on your feet and smart enough to know when to
admit you don’t have all the answers
● You enjoy working autonomously, but also know how to collaborate
● Prior experience (1-3 years) as an SDR in a B2B SaaS company would be ideal
Role will be based in Bangalore and will be in office. This is not a remote role
Compensation : Fixed + Variable (based on Quota) + ESOPs. Salary will be
competitive based on experience at 10 to 15 lacs
