Job Description:
- Providing financial insights and projections. Detailed Annual Budgeting for the company
- Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planning
- Prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made
- Tracking Product, Channel and Branch level profitability
- Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights.
- Competition Analysis - Analyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior and anything else that could impact the business
- Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization eg – Cost control, Innovation projects etc.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication
- Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
