Job Summary

As a Social Media Manager at Kuku TV, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the social media strategy to enhance Kuku TV’s impact. You will be responsible for driving organic customer acquisition and delivering high-impact campaigns that enhance audience connections and scale storytelling efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and execute social media strategy aligned with brand and growth goals.
  • Own and manage Kuku TV’s end-to-end social media presence across platforms.
  • Drive organic customer acquisition through viral, platform-native content and campaigns.
  • Monitor performance metrics, user behavior, and platform trends to refine content strategies, improve engagement, and scale organic growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including content, marketing, and design, and coordinate with external stakeholders such as production houses and actors to engage them in campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of proven experience managing social media for OTT/streaming platforms or new-age consumer-tech companies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, content formats, platform dynamics, and design thinking.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people-management capabilities.
  • High sense of ownership with a strong bias for action.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to interpret insights and optimize strategies.
