Position Overview: The Associate Vice President of Sales (Direct + Agency) will spearhead Signpost India's sales efforts across Direct and Agency verticals, with a regional responsibility encompassing all categories. This pivotal role involves driving revenue growth by leveraging Signpost India’s diverse media portfolio, including such as DOOH, billboards, and transit media comprising of bus queue shelters, public bus advertising, metro station advertising, airport advertising. The Deputy Vice President will act as a strategic leader, collaborating with brands, agencies, and PSUs to drive customized media plans tailored around client target audience utilising geospatial analysers and footfall demography. They will focus on maximizing Signpost India's market penetration, expanding its footprint across industries, and aligning its offerings with client needs. This role demands a results oriented individual who can develop and implement effective sales strategies, manage high-performing sales teams, and cultivate relationships with key clients. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth • Lead monetization of Signpost ecosystem through brand partnerships. • Develop and execute GTM strategies to target and onboard relevant brands, building a robust sales pipeline. • Manage end-to-end partnerships from pitch to closure, ensuring delivery of client objectives. • Develop and implement ad sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. • Drive business development initiatives across traditional, digital, and integrated platforms.
