Job Summary

The Platform Engineering Engineer 3 will play a crucial role in managing product releases and customer data deployments across various platforms. This position is essential for designing technical solutions, ensuring security compliance, and providing support for infrastructure issues that impact customer applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage product release rollouts and customer data deployments on different platforms.
• Design the hosting of technical solutions and perform feasibility studies to leverage AWS cloud services.
• Apply necessary security and change management policies to maintain high safety levels in environments and processes.
• Provide support for infrastructure issues affecting customer applications, including on-call duties for critical applications.

Qualifications

• Recent university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

• Excellent experience in implementing and maintaining complex IT solutions on Microsoft Windows and Linux systems.

• Technical Competencies:

  • Hosting implementation and deployment of .Net and Java applications.
  • Public cloud computing experience, preferably with AWS.
  • Logs management experience.
  • System and middleware hardening skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of containerization and Kubernetes.
  • Ability to implement security requirements (encryption in transit, Web Application Firewall, hardening).
  • Basic knowledge of MS SQL and MariaDB (queries, connectivity, user management).
  • Hardening skills for Windows and Linux systems and middleware (IIS, Apache, Tomcat).

• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in advanced English.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

• Relevant experience in IT solutions implementation and maintenance, particularly in complex environments.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹2,800,000
