Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Rotational Offs)

About the Role

The Demo Specialist – Live Online Demonstrations will conduct engaging, high-quality live video product demonstrations for Vijay Sales customers online.
The role focuses on delivering a personalized shopping experience by showcasing product features, answering customer queries in real-time, and influencing purchase decisions through interactive virtual sessions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct live, online product demonstrations via video call or digital platforms.

Showcase product features, benefits, and usage in an engaging, customer-friendly manner.

Interact with customers in real-time, addressing queries and guiding them toward suitable purchases.

Maintain updated knowledge of assigned product categories (electronics, appliances, or lifestyle).

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align demos with campaigns and product launches.

Ensure all demo sessions meet brand presentation and technical quality standards.

Track demo performance and customer engagement data, sharing insights weekly.

Maintain the readiness of the demo setup — camera, lighting, and sample units.

Support the creation of short demo videos or digital content for promotions.

Candidate Profile

Education: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: 0–3 years in online demos, product presentations, telesales, or customer service (preferred industries: consumer electronics, D2C brands, or e-commerce)

Skills Required

Excellent verbal communication and on-camera presentation skills.

Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking to a live online audience.

Strong storytelling and product demonstration ability.

Tech-savvy with knowledge of video platforms, camera setup, and CRM tools.

Proficiency in English and Hindi.

Other Requirements

Comfortable with 6 days working and rotational weekly offs.

Willing to work weekends and retail hours based on customer engagement schedules.
