We are a 2004 founded and funded Platform as a Service (PaaS) /Software as a Service (SaaS) company with a renowned client base looking to expand our engineering leadership.

Job Summary

The Head of Engineering will oversee the engineering department, ensuring efficient product development and management processes. This role is crucial in leading a large team of engineers, focusing on both hands-on coding and strategic leadership to align with the company's goals and stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in product based early-mid size startups, data oriented profile
• Great communication skills as you will be reporting to US stakeholder
• BTech/BE background only. Balance hands-on coding (40%) with leadership tasks (60%) to guide engineering team
• Must have led a team of 35-45 engineers directly (mostly senior engineers)
• Residing in Bangalore or open to relocating
• No esops to start with, only fixed & variable cash component
