• Prepare and review financial statements, Management Information System (MIS) reports, and perform variance analysis.
• Support and execute internal audit processes, including risk assessment and control testing.
• Conduct stocktaking and physical verification of assets, ensuring proper documentation and records.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of bank, vendor, and ledger accounts.
• Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Support statutory audits and coordinate with external auditors.
• Monitor financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements in financial controls and reporting.
• Provide financial insights and support to senior management.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Fresher or up to 1 year of post-qualification experience.
• Strong article-ship experience from a CA firm is mandatory.
• Good understanding of internal audit processes, accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping.
• Hands-on experience with reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
