Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Finance to join our dynamic team. The ideal
candidate will possess a strong background in financial analysis, commercial negotiations, and strategic
planning. They will play a crucial role in supporting our business's financial decisions and contributing to
its overall growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making,
including revenue forecasts, cost analysis, and profitability assessments.
• Commercial Negotiations: Lead and participate in commercial negotiations with internal and
external stakeholders to ensure favorable terms and agreements.
• Business Case Development: Create and evaluate business cases for various initiatives, providing
insights and recommendations for investment decisions.
• Metrics Tracking: Monitor and track key performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for
improvement, and providing actionable recommendations.
• Budgeting and Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop bottom-up budgets
and annual operating plans (AOP), ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• MIS Reporting: Prepare and present Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to senior
leadership, highlighting critical financial insights and performance indicators.
• Industry Specific Experience: If applicable, leverage experience in the audio or video streaming
industry to bring industry-specific insights and strategies to the table.
Qualifications:
• CA (Chartered Accountant) or MBA in Finance (or both) from a reputable institution.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Adept at problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in the audio or video streaming industry is a plus
