Job Summary

We are looking for a talented ServiceNow Intermediate Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. This role is instrumental in developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform according to business requirements, contributing to the overall efficiency and functionality of our services.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements under ITSM, ITOM, SPM, GRC, and Asset Management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement business requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code utilizing client scripts, business rules, script includes, and UI policies/actions.
• Create and maintain Catalog Items using Flow Designer.
• Configure Automated Test Framework for rigorous testing.
• Design and enhance Employee Center Portal Pages and related sections.
• Generate and configure reports using native reporting capabilities and Performance Analytics.
• Conduct code reviews and quality control checks to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Debug and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Produce and execute unit/system test cases to ensure software quality.
• Document code and applications functionality comprehensively.
• Participate in ServiceNow release upgrades and patch deployments.
• Promote and package code from one environment to another.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
• A total IT experience of 3 to 5 years, with at least 3 years in ServiceNow development, configurations, and enhancements.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and REST API, along with Flow Designer.
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator (mandatory).
• Certified Application Developer (preferred).
• Familiarity with the ITIL framework.
• Experience with JIRA and ServiceNow Agile 2.0 for Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Preferred Skills

• Additional certifications related to ServiceNow or ITSM tools would be advantageous.
• Experience in Agile methodologies will be considered a plus.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development, specifically in configurations and enhancements.
