Job Description
Having at least 6 to 10 years of experienced as a Regional Manager ● Must have knowledge of the local language of that particular Region. ● Making profit & loss of each city outlet wise ● Gather competitor information from the market like price, discount, finance scheme, monthly retail etc. ● Must have knowledge how to make festival and tactical scheme to increase retail sales ● Must have knowledge of commercial 3 wheeler. ● Having experience in various domains (Passenger, SCV (small commercial vehicle, Large commercial vehicle, medium commercial vehicle or entire range of Commercial vehicles etc) ● Go-To-Market approach ● Proficient in network development (Primary, Secondary and Tertiary) in urban, semi-urban & rural territories. Dealer development - qualitative & quantitative aspects ● Effectively built teams with people of diverse culture, back-ground & demography ● Hands-on experience in multiple Region Business Management, Dealer Development, B2B & B&C sales, Rural sales, Network expansion etc.
