Job Summary
We are looking for a highly driven and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to help scale our influencer marketing program. The ideal candidate will have experience managing influencer partnerships, coordinating campaigns at scale, and creating compelling content that drives engagement and conversions. This role requires excellent relationship management, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with a large volume of creators while maintaining high campaign quality.
Responsibilities
- Scale influencer collaborations from 500 to 2,000+ creators per month.
- Manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, from outreach and onboarding to execution and reporting.
- Identify, recruit, and build relationships with influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
- Develop campaign briefs, scripts, talking points, and creative content guidelines.
- Coordinate content approvals and ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
- Track campaign performance, creator output, and ROI metrics.
- Maintain influencer databases and streamline campaign operations.
- Foster long-term relationships with high-performing creators and brand advocates.
- Stay updated on influencer trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- 3 – 5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, or Social Media Marketing.
- Proven experience managing influencer collaborations at scale.
- Comfortable coordinating with a high volume of creators simultaneously.
- Strong scriptwriting, content writing, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and optimize campaign performance.
- Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and digital marketing trends.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience working with an influencer marketing agency.
- Experience with influencer management platforms and campaign tracking tools.
- Understanding of direct-to-consumer (D2C), fashion, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
Experience
- 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, or Social Media Marketing.
