Qualifications
- Experience: 5-14 years in talent acquisition, with a focus on global and niche hiring.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Negotiation skills and experience in managing offers.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Skills

- Certification in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD).
