Reports to: Head of Institutional Equity Research
Role Type: Lead Banking Analyst / FIG Research (Banks & Fintech)
Key Requirements:

	Strong experience in tracking domestic BFSI sector, specifically Indian banks and fintech companies.
	Solid background in equity research / financial analysis, with strong modeling and analytical skills.
	Ability to generate high-quality research insights and investment views.
	Prior experience in a sell-side preferred.
	Ideal experience: 8–12 years.


Compensation - Fixed: 70 to 80 LPA
