Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Software Development Engineer 2 (SDE2) with a strong background in React and React Native to join our advanced engineering team. In this role, you’ll take on greater technical ownership and responsibility, leading the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications for our web and mobile platforms. As an SDE2, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to build and enhance our product features, driving best practices in coding and system architecture. Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable applications for web and mobile platforms using React and React Native.
• Lead feature development with an emphasis on quality, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and product, to deliver new features and enhancements.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing best practices and promoting a high standard of coding.
• Actively participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and high code quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in React Native development.
• Proficient in JavaScript, React, and Redux.
• Experience working with a product-based company, preferably in Fintech.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Native Languages (Kotlin/Java, Swift).
• Experience in optimizing application performance and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and backend integration.
• Must reside in Mumbai, as we conduct face-to-face first-round interviews.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Technology.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Prior experience mentoring or guiding junior developers is a plus.
