Job Summary
The Head of VerifyKaro will lead the growth strategy and execution of the VerifyKaro brand, overseeing consumer experience and P&L management. This role is hands-on, requiring direct involvement in strategy implementation, customer engagements, and operational improvements, with a focus on reducing drop-offs in the verification process.
Responsibilities
- Own the full funnel: Manage all stages from acquisition to referral, ensuring seamless verification completion.
- Drive growth across channels: Optimize channel performance, including performance marketing (Meta), SEO/organic, WhatsApp, referrals, influencers, and offline marketing.
- Run marketing end-to-end: Develop and execute marketing strategies, pricing, and packaging experiments.
- Improve the product: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to enhance the consumer app and web experience using data and customer feedback.
- Build partnerships: Establish tie-ups with RWA, societies, and other distribution channels while managing offline campaigns.
- Run customer & ops: Oversee call center operations, customer engagement, and manage reviews and ratings.
- Own the P&L: Responsible for spend, ROI, and key unit economics, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), payback, and contribution margin.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 4-5 years in B2C/D2C environments, focusing on marketing or growth.
- Demonstrated ability to own and manage a funnel, growth target, or P&L.
- Detail-oriented and willing to engage in data analysis and metric optimization.
- Knowledge of responsible handling of consumer data (consent and Data Protection Bill awareness).
Preferred Skills
- Background in D2C, consumer fintech, or proptech is a plus.
- Experience in transitioning from a support role to a leadership position.
Experience
- A minimum of 4-5 years in a relevant field with a focus on direct consumer or digital marketing.
Environment
This role is based in the Delhi NCR region and will likely involve a mix of in-office work and field engagement, requiring a dynamic and flexible approach.
Salary
- Compensation includes an attractive fixed CTC along with a quarterly target-linked incentive.
