Job Summary

We are seeking an SAP Basis Expert to manage and maintain our SAP landscapes, including ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Solution Manager, PO, BTP, and other SAP components. This role will also involve configuring, managing, and optimizing Redwood CPS/RMJ job scheduling processes and workflows in SAP environments while troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain SAP landscapes including ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Solution Manager, PO, BTP, and other SAP components.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize job scheduling processes using Redwood CPS/RMJ in SAP environments.
• Oversee SAP system architecture, including servers and cloud environments.
• Plan and execute SAP system upgrades, patching, and OS/DB migrations with minimal downtime.
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP systems with external systems, middleware, and APIs.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of system architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration with hands-on experience in Redwood CPS/RMJ.
• Strong expertise in SAP NetWeaver, S/4HANA, ECC, BW, Solution Manager, PO, BTP, and SAP Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of SAP Security concepts, audit logs, and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
• Proficiency in SAP performance tuning, workload balancing, and troubleshooting system slowdowns.
• Basic knowledge of SAP HANA and Oracle for system administration.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP HANA on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or SAP BTP is a plus.
• Proactive approach to issue resolution and teamwork.
