SunriseClick is an e-commerce sporting goods retailer and part of the Sunrise & Company group, the exclusive distributor of sport brands Yonex and Mikasa through South and Southeast Asia.

 

We are looking for a seasoned e-commerce professional with a track record of driving online growth to join us in an exciting new role as Head of E-Commerce and Digital.
 

This is a key leadership position. You will be responsible for formulating and executing digital strategies which integrate local insights, driving e-commerce business across our markets, and hold full accountability for P&L, trade spend, and advertising and promotion budgets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of highly-motivated and dedicated staff in driving the business of SunriseClick encompassing inventory management, sales, logistics, payment gateway, data mining, etc.
  • Provide leadership to the local markets on the development of strategic e- commerce/ digital plans and set up growth drivers with a clear roadmap to successful execution.
  • Manage full P&L for e-commerce/digital including trade spend, advertising, promotion budgets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including Regional Sales Teams, IT, Marketing to drive customer recruitment and conversion and profitable sales across all online platforms, including third-party marketplaces.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to optimize plans and escalate/resolve issues that arise in the creation, execution, post-launch of e-commerce & digital.
  • Ensure website provides the desired User Experience including design & aesthetics, content, navigation, branding / marketing, performance, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns.
  • Build the consumer data lake solution to integrate and activate data from different sources - map out consumer journey, generate consumer insights, and support precision marketing when applicable.
  • Formulate end-to-end 360 e-Commerce strategies from online promotions, marketing, as well as overseeing the operations.
  • Develop short and long-term objectives, customer metrics, and KPIs.
  • Watch market/technology trends and spot potential evolutions in line with business opportunities
  • Ensure team functions effectively online, using the digital specific toolset.
  • Build effective relationships with other functions to operate effectively: marketing, design, sales, finance, and warehousing.
  • Guide teams in building sales momentum for online sales.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven track record running an e-commerce platform on a regional scope.
  • A deep understanding of online sales including multi-channel attribution, conversion rate optimization, user journey mapping.
  • Experience with digital brand building, optimizing media investments and ROI as well as Search Engine Advertising and Search Engine Optimization.
  • Strong IT vendor management expertise.
  • Strong organizational, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills, focused on process orientation.
  • Agile project management skills.
  • An ambitious and collaborative leader. Flexible and open to new ways of doing things. Creative and innovative.
