Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Power Platform Developers to join our team and contribute to building scalable, secure, and efficient business applications. This role requires strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) along with SharePoint Online and related Microsoft 365 technologies. The ideal candidate should also have experience in custom connectors, PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) development, React, and TypeScript while being exposed to Azure services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model Driven).
• Customize SharePoint Online with out-of-the-box features, including list/column formatting (using JSON) and integrations with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Work with Dataverse tables and manage security roles and groups for scalable data management.
• Develop and configure custom connectors to integrate with third-party systems (e.g., SAP).
• Build PCF components, SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web parts, and PnP solutions using React JS and TypeScript.
• Deploy and manage solutions within the Power Platform environment.
• Install and configure data gateways and support data migration activities.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams following Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
• Provide mentorship, share knowledge, and contribute to team-wide best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with SharePoint Online customization and Microsoft 365 features.
• Hands-on development expertise with Microsoft Power Platform:
  • Power Apps (Canvas & Model Driven Apps)
  • Power Automate
• Experience customizing SharePoint lists and forms using Power Platform.
• Expertise in JSON formatting for SharePoint (list/column).
• Knowledge of Power Platform environment, solutions, and deployments.
• Experience with Dataverse (tables, roles, groups).
• Hands-on experience with PCF, SPFx, React JS, and TypeScript.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI.

Preferred Skills

• Integration with third-party systems (e.g., SAP).
• Data migration experience.
• Installation/configuration of data gateways.
• Familiarity with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Active Directory).

Experience

• Candidates should have 3-9 years of relevant experience.

Environment

• The role is based in Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Pune.
