<p><strong><u>Role Description</u></strong></p>
<p>As the Cluster Head, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the cluster. This includes P&L responsibility including developing & managing key vendor/customer relationships. We are looking to replicate our success of West Bengal in Maharashtra and need someone who can do that better & faster. This role will require someone who is entrepreneurial & hungry to make this happen. </p>

<p>Our current clients & warehouse in Maharashtra are in Kolhapur belt and the Cluster Head will be needed to spend 3-4 days a week there. NowPurchase shall take care of stay & travel. </p>

<p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Strategy & Sales :</strong> Develop and execute a comprehensive expansion strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets and market penetration.</li>
<li><strong>Relationship management</strong> with all existing & potential business partners through consistent communication & marketing </li>
<li><strong>Building and leading</strong> Internal functions including sales, marketing, customer relationship, operations and fulfillment through logistics, procurement and software platforms.</li>
<li><strong>Recruit,develop and lead</strong> a high-performing team of sales, marketing and operations.</li>
<li><strong>Market Research:</strong> Conduct market analysis to identify key markets, consumer trends, and competitive landscape to inform expansion decisions.</li>
<li><strong>Financial Management:</strong> Develop and manage budgets for expansion and monitor financial performance against targets.</li>
<li><strong>Compliance and Legal:</strong> Ensure all franchise agreements, contracts, and legal requirements are met, and that the company's interests are protected.</li>

<p><strong><u>Qualifications & Experience </u></strong></p>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>Full time BTech in any department (Mechanical / Metallurgy/Material Science Engineering Preferable) </li>
<li>MBA is preferable, NOT mandatory.</li>
<li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills & a strategic thinker </li>
<li>At least 3 years of experience in handling a team</li>
<li>Experience in taking care of P&L Activities</li>
</ul>
