Job Description
<div>Business Performance ▪ Responsible for Top line, bottom-line (PBIT) of the region and drive business development plan ▪ Responsible for achieving monthly Consumption & Collection target for the region ▪ Responsible for Category management (Hair Care, Body, Product and all market buckets like Anti-ageing) 2. Systems & Process Orientation ▪ Drive Systems, Process Orientation through SOP Adherence and compliance at all clinics in the region • Responsible for stock take, Inventory control (receiving, transfers etc) and ensure reduction in shrinkage • Ensure process audit being conducted timely in all clinics across the region • Responsible for improving Mystery Audit Scores across the region 3. Customer Service ▪ Responsible for providing Quality and Effective services to the customer. ▪ To meet and engage with HNI customers in the region and focus on repeat buys ▪ Responsible for timely resolution of Customer Complaints and ensure customer delight 4. People Management ▪ Responsible for manpower planning, improving productivity & optimizing labour cost by partnering with HR team. ▪ Responsible for periodic performance evaluation of the team, providing regular feedback to drive a high performing team ▪ Coaching & mentoring the team and building their capabilities for the next level.</div>
<div>Motivating clinic teams (Doctors, Clinic Managers, Customer Service teams, and Therapists) to meet their targets, ensuring their productivity, and overseeing their training ▪ Encourage & facilitate collaboration between the Doctors and CMs to drive business results ▪ Engage with and motivate the team to have high levels of retention</div>
