Jabsons Foods is a leading Indian snacks brand known for its range of roasted, flavored, and traditional snacks. As we expand our digital and brand presence, we are looking for someone to strengthen and scale our brand communication across channels.
Job Summary
The Brand & Communication Manager will lead Jabsons’ brand narrative across both digital and offline platforms, significantly contributing to the organization’s goals. This role involves driving brand messaging, overseeing agency partnerships, managing social media and influencer relations, and ensuring a strong, consistent brand presence across all consumer touchpoints.
Responsibilities

Brand & Creative Communication
- Develop and maintain brand voice, messaging, and communication guidelines.
- Lead creative briefs and review all brand creatives for consistency and quality.
- Drive communication for campaigns, launches, and key initiatives.

Performance Marketing & SEO Oversight
- Define campaign goals, audiences, and KPIs for Meta and Google Ads.
- Collaborate closely with performance marketing and SEO agencies on strategy and execution.
- Analyze campaign performance and implement optimizations based on findings.

Social Media & Online Reputation Management (ORM)
- Own social media strategy and content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Build engagement, manage communities, and track platform performance.
- Handle online reputation management, monitor brand sentiment, and manage consumer conversations.

Influencer & Content Partnerships
- Identify and manage influencer collaborations aligned with brand goals.
- Execute influencer campaigns and track engagement and return on investment (ROI).

Website & Brand Presence
- Oversee website content, user experience, and updates.
- Ensure consistent brand presence across all digital and offline channels, including exhibitions and events.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or communications, preferably within FMCG/Food brands.
- Mandatory experience working on the brand side.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, social media, content creation, and brand communication.
- Proven experience managing agencies including performance, SEO, creative, and influencer agencies.
- Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and related marketing tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in influencer marketing and online reputation management.
- Exposure to SEO and offline branding initiatives.
- Background in the food/snacks industry is preferred.
Experience
5–8 years in brand management, digital marketing, or communications, preferably in FMCG/Food brands.
Environment
