The role<br />
Working with the Co-Founders, the VP of Growth Marketing will take ownership for developing and<br />
executing our growth strategy in India, encompassing both customer and insider acquisition. As an applied<br />
marketing practitioner, you will create and drive acquisition campaigns and experiments pipeline. You<br />
will have prior experience and expertise of achieving growth success with both organic and paid<br />
campaigns across different marketing channels like social, influencers, radio, email, SEO, brand</div>
<div>partnerships, and affiliate marketing among others. This role will require you to collaborate cross-<br />
functionally with Digital technology and Destination Management and Customer Care teams to identify</div>
<div>and execute on opportunities to drive growth.<br />
Key responsibilities<br />
▪ Own growth marketing strategy and execution to acquire and onboard customers and insiders<br />
▪ Understand audience segmentation and behaviour in relation to the travel services, understand the<br />
fast-evolving competitive marketplace to keep us ahead of the game<br />
▪ Use data driven decision making for structured experimentation and iteration to drive growth<br />
▪ Select, set up and manage agency partner relationships<br />
▪ Plan, execute and lead organic and paid campaigns across online and offline channels, including<br />
Social, Influencers, Radio, emails, affiliates, and brand partnerships<br />
▪ Devise a SEO strategy and execute programs that drive high-quality organic traffic</div>
<div>▪ Devise an affiliate marketing strategy and execute programs that increase growth<br />
▪ Proactively seek and execute mutually beneficial marketing brand partnerships<br />
▪ Develop content strategy and communications calendar for all social platforms<br />
▪ Activate paid social campaigns and manage delivery, optimise consistently to achieve campaign goals<br />
and cost efficiency<br />
▪ Seed and manage a proactive community of travel content creators and influencers<br />
▪ Establish emails as an effective channel for user engagement and bookings<br />
▪ Targeted use the radio channel for mass market engagement and brand awareness<br />
▪ Manage budget in line with marketing goals and report on weekly and monthly KPIs and assess any<br />
required changes or opportunities<br />
▪ Develop and activate a test and learn plan to ensure we continue to innovate and invest in new<br />
opportunities where relevant<br />
Key requirements for the role<br />
▪ Growth marketing expertise with 7+ years of demonstrable experience of achieving acquisition<br />
growth for D2C services brands, on back of running innovative and structured multi-channel<br />
marketing campaigns<br />
▪ Demonstrable experience of growing a start-up from 0 to1<br />
▪ Experience in organic and paid campaign execution, reporting, optimisation, and budgeting<br />
▪ A good understanding of community management processes and watch outs<br />
▪ Strong grasp of consumer behaviour trends<br />
▪ Excellent analytical skills and experienced with using campaign management tools<br />
▪ Strong project management skills<br />
▪ A hardcore self-starter with an ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a wider team<br />
based in multiple locations<br />
▪ Excellent communication skills with the ability to juggle multiple agendas<br />
