D2C Growth Executive @ Happi Planet Role Overview: As the D2C Growth Executive, you will be the execution muscle behind Happi Planet's D2C growth — executing the full funnel from paid acquisition to post-purchase retention. You will manage our brand website catalogue, execute performance marketing campaigns on Meta & Google, and run remarketing communications on WhatsApp, Email etc. About Happi Planet: Happi Planet is a new age Home Cleaning brand – with category leadership position across multiple home cleaning applications. Happi Planet is founded by a team of P&G alums, with one & a half decades of relevant experience. Happi Planet is a seed funded start-up, operational for over 3.5 years now. - Brand Website Management • Manage the Happi Planet brand website (Shopify) end-to-end — listings, content, pricing, etc. • Ensure accuracy and freshness of product information: descriptions, images, SEO tags etc. • Monitor website health, flag bugs, & coordinate with design/tech teams for timely resolution
- Performance Marketing — Meta & Google Ads • Execute paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) • Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle: audience targeting, creatives briefing, bid strategy, budget pacing, creative rotation & optimisation • Track and improve performance metrics: ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, CAC, and conversion rates • Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and offers • Coordinate with the design/content team to ensure campaign-ready creatives are produced on time
- Remarketing & Retention — WhatsApp, Email & More • Execute remarketing campaigns across WhatsApp, Email, and SMS to convert, re-engage, and retain customers • Build automated lifecycle journeys: cart abandonment, post-purchase onboarding, repurchase nudges, win-back, and cross-sell flows • Define & execute customer cohorts for contextual and personalised communication • Set up and manage loyalty, referral, and subscription programmes to drive long-term engagement
- Reporting, Analytics & Consumer Insights • Generate daily/weekly/monthly dashboards covering both paid performance and retention health • Enable post-purchase surveys, NPS programmes, and consumer research to gather voice- of-customer inputs Qualifications & Key Capabilities • 1–3 years of experience in D2C, e-commerce, performance marketing & retention marketing • Hands-on experience running Meta Ads & Google Ads end-to-end (setup to optimisation) • Experience with any CRM/marketing automation tools such as Klaviyo, Interakt or KwikEngage • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms — Shopify experience strongly preferred • Proficiency in MS Excel; comfort working with formula • Experience with WhatsApp & Email campaign automation is a plus.
